I have the privilege of overseeing administration and discipleship ministries at OBC. Our church family is blessed with amazing ministry leaders and volunteers. I get to interface with them all in some way, and it is a delight to do so. I am also the primary teacher for our weekly youth group, OBC Youth. Our students are some of my favorite people on the planet. It is my joy to serve them and to work with our amazing team of student ministry leaders.

A little about my family: my wife, Miriam, was baptized here at OBC as a teenager and was discipled in the student ministry. We attended college together and were married in 2004, also here at OBC. God brought us back to the Cape after 15 years of serving churches in California and New Mexico. We have been blessed with two wonderful children, Lyndi and Nate. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Bella Hayward-Mullett

I started attending OBC at the age of 12. I quickly became involved in the youth group and worship team. My involvement in these two groups really shaped who I am today, by giving me a Christ centered worldview. I grew up in a Christian family, but personally committed my life to Christ while on a service trip with the youth group to Rumney Bible Camp in 7th grade. I was later baptized in 8th grade. I graduated high school a year early and volunteered with the youth group for about a year before I headed off to college.

OBC inspired me to want to continually learn how to be a Godly leader. Because of this, I decided to study at Toccoa Falls College in Georgia. TFC was a very small school but it allowed me to be able to truly study the word and how to be ministry minded. I graduated with my degree in Outdoor Leadership and Education, with minors in spiritual formation, ministry leadership, and psychology. While at TFC I met my husband, Trent. We were married in 2017.

Together we made the commitment to become members of OBC in 2018 so that we may continue to serve here. Currently, we have one cat and a Golden Retriever. Our little family feels so welcomed here by the Church body which is why it is such a blessing to be the Osterville Baptist Church Office Manager & Assistant Director of Student Ministry. Children’s Ministry Director Amanda Kleoppel

When we washed ashore in 2012, my husband and I chose OBC as our church because of the families.  We were so thankful the Lord brought us to Cape Cod and to this church.  Throughout the years I have served in various capacities but for now the Lord has lead me to serve in Children’s Ministry which fits our family so well since I am living in the thick of it with 3 children.  I am looking forward to see how the Lord will use me and my family through the years to come! 

Treasurer Craig Campbell

Craig Campbell is a graduate of Grove City College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. His banking career spanned over 30 years, where he worked for PNC Bank, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and First Marblehead Corporation. Craig spent six years in the non-profit sector working for The Salvation Army USA at their national headquarters in Washington, D.C. In addition, he worked for Cape Cod Business Brokers from 2014 until March of 2020. Craig joined Commercial Realty Advisors as a Senior Advisor in July 2020. His accounting acumen and his in-depth knowledge of issues and intricacies facing small business owners helps him to better serve both buyers and sellers. Craig continues to stay active in the non-profit world by serving on the board of directors for Converge NE, Good News Jail and Prison Ministry and Cape Kid Meals. In addition, Craig serves as Treasurer of Osterville Baptist Church and is Chairman of OBC’s Stewardship Committee.  Craig is also leading a team overseeing a multi-million-dollar renovation to the church building.  Craig has been married to Alice (Seward) for over 40 years and has three daughters, three granddaughters and a grandson.

It has been a great privilege to serve the Lord for 51 years along with my wife Muriel.  Throughout those years, we have been involved with Good News Jail & Prison Ministry, including serving 25 years in the pastorate and 7 years in academia.  The Lord has given us two daughters, both married with three sons each.

We fell in love with the people at OBC when I served as Interim Preaching Pastor in 2015.  We love the faithful exposition of the Holy Scriptures by Pastor Rob each Sunday and have a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and pastoral care.  OBC affords opportunities for people from all backgrounds and ages to grow to Christian maturity.  Here, you will be fed the Bread of God’s Holy Word that will lead you to the Bread of Life, our Lord Jesus Christ. 

Music Director Josiah Estabrooks

My family moved to Cape Cod from Canada in 1999, and I have been part of the OBC worship team since 2009. Music is my passion and worshiping corporately has opened my eyes to a desire to lead and participate in our worship every week. I'm excited to learn from my position as Worship Intern, and learn from the people around me to grow and develop as both a worship team member and as a Christian. I hope to be a resource to the members of our church, and answer any questions that you have for me.
