Rob Wheeler, Assistant Pastor of Student Ministires

 Rob and Katie Wheeler moved here from Chicago area. The have two children, Lexi and Zac.

 "Osterville Baptist’s vision appeals to my heart because it does not just seek to build a youth group but it seeks to disciple the youth and teach them to share their faith. Young people across America and throughout the world are in desperate need to know their Savior and I am encouraged to see a vision that seeks to bring them into a loving relationship with God. Not only does Osterville Baptist’s outreach oriented vision appeal to me, but their emphasis on the Word of God and the growth of believers is inviting as well.

The valued experience I have received in preaching and teaching in India and at Oak Lawn Bible Church has been beneficial for developing sound expositional teaching for the youth. The 7 years of experience I bring in discipling college students and high school students will be helpful tools to take on Osterville Baptist’s youth ministry. I also bring 3 years experience in teaching high school students music so that they develop a heart for worship."
