Awana

AWANA is an acronym for “Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed”, based on 2 Timothy 2:15. 

AWANA runs September - May, Fridays from 6:00 - 7:45 pm.  This is for children age 3 to grade 6. Kids have fun while they are learning and growing! 

AWANA is one of the nation’s fastest growing youth organizations.  AWANA is all about fun with a purpose

- to encourage kids to KNOW, LOVE and GROW in Jesus Christ.

AWANA is made up of three main age groups:

- Cubbies: Ages 3 – Pre-K
- Sparks: Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade
- Truth and Training Clubs: Grade 3 – Grade 6

Each club meeting consists of:

Game Time: active games played around the AWANA game circle
Memory Verse Time: small group time to work on Bible verse memorization/recitation
Bible Lesson Time: Bible lesson and activities.
